As a game coach you are the coordinator of and responsible person for the organisation of theCricket4KIDS event. You organise everything! You will ensure to accompany the cool cricketers in the age of 6-11 in such a responsible way that they will really enjoy these activities. You don’t have to do it all by yourself. Just ask some volunteers from a cricket club, or parents, to join in.
